Try your ZAVAYA bra and if it does not feel right for your body, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unworn beyond trying on
Unwashed
In original condition
Free from marks, stains, odours, deodorant, makeup or damage
For hygiene reasons, the bra must only be tried on for fitting and not worn beyond this.
Exchanges and Store Credit
We also accept exchange and store credit requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the same condition requirements.
For incorrect sizing or change of mind:
The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, ZAVAYA will cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at support@zavaya.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
If confirmed, ZAVAYA will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please include:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Preferred replacement size or colour, if requesting an exchange
Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll keep you updated.
If approved, refunds, exchanges or store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days total for the full process, including postage and handling time.
Shipping Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, with a maximum dispatch time of 2 business days.
Important Notes
Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, marks, odours, damage, or extended use may not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Store credit may be offered if your preferred replacement size or colour is unavailable.
